Please allow 5 to 14 business (up to 4 weeks for customized jewelry through our customizer, if it's longer we will contact you directly by phone and/or email.) days for your order to be processed and prepared for shipment. We source items directly from specialized facilities, and this processing time allows us to ensure the quality and security of your jewelry before it ships.
Shipping Estimates
Once processed, standard shipping typically takes an additional 3 to 14 business days.

Delays
In compliance with federal regulations, if your order is significantly delayed beyond our estimates, we will notify you via email to provide a new estimated delivery date.
Lost or Stolen Packages
MF Jewelry is not responsible for packages lost or stolen after they have been marked as "Delivered" by the carrier. We recommend shipping to a secure location.
