ALL SALES ARE FINAL
Due to the specialized nature of our jewelry and supply chain logistics, MF Jewelry maintains a standard All Sales Final policy. By default, we do not offer refunds, returns, or exchanges for change of mind, sizing errors, or shipping delays.
Discretionary Exceptions (Case-by-Case Basis)
While our policy is strictly "All Sales Final," we understand that unique circumstances may arise.

Sole Discretion: MF Jewelry reserves the right to accept or deny any return request at our sole discretion. A review does not guarantee a refund or return.

Resolution Options: If an exception is granted, it will typically be issued in the form of Store Credit or a Partial Refund.

Restocking Fees: Any unauthorized returns or discretionary exceptions granted will be subject to a minimum 20% restocking fee to cover logistics and administrative costs.
Defective or Damaged Items
In the unlikely event that you receive a defective or damaged item, you must notify us within 48 hours of delivery.

If a return is authorized for a defect, the item must be returned in its original, unworn condition.
Cancellation Policy
Once an order is placed, it is immediately processed with our suppliers. Therefore, orders cannot be cancelled or modified once submitted.
Chargebacks and Disputes
By purchasing from MF Jewelry, you agree to these terms. Any unauthorized chargebacks initiated for items that were delivered in accordance with this policy will be contested using this signed agreement as proof of purchase and acceptance of terms.
